Who are we?
The Cheyenne Area Landowners Coalition (CALC) is dedicated to protecting the health, safety, financial, and lifestyle interests of Laramie County, WY residents whose lives or properties are impacted by mineral mining and extraction related processes.

We are committed to protecting and improving air and water quality, maintaining land for multiple uses, and advocating for the safety and well being of Laramie County. Cheyenne Area Landowners Coalition is fully affiliated with Powder River Basin Resource Council and operates under the organization's 501c3 non-profit tax exempt status. Donations for CALC are submitted through Powder River Basin Resource Council and earmarked for CALC.
